Abstract

This study analyzes, through a systematic review of scientific literature between 2018 and 2024, the transformations in human talent management resulting from the expansion of remote and flexible work, accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Fundamental changes are identified as the redefinition of organizational leadership towards empathetic and digital models, and the digitization of key processes in human resources, including recruitment, evaluation and professional development. The results reveal benefits such as greater autonomy and flexibility, but also significant challenges, including deteriorating psychosocial well-being and increasing digital and gender inequalities. The review highlights the need for a strategic approach focused on inclusion, well-being and equity, where transformational leadership and digital ethics are key axes. It is concluded that talent management must adapt to the challenges of the digital work environment without reproducing pre-existing structural gaps.
