This article reviews the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial management, emphasizing its role in automation, decision improvement and personalization of services. Through an exploratory literature review of recent scientific sources, key applications such as accounting process automation, advanced risk prediction using deep learning algorithms, and personalization based on data analytics are examined. The findings highlight improvements in operational efficiency, analytical accuracy and customer experience, as well as greater financial inclusion. However, technical challenges are also identified, such as integration with legacy systems and lack of specialized talent, as well as ethical concerns about algorithmic transparency and data privacy. It is concluded that AI constitutes a strategic tool to transform the financial sector, provided it is managed with technical and ethical rigor, promoting innovation, responsibility and sustainability in an increasingly dynamic and complex economic environment.
