Psychosocial Risk Factors and Their Impact on Productivity Performance in the Company A&Q Servic

Abstract

Psychosocial risk factors have become a key element in the analysis of work performance, particularly in service organizations where human labor plays a central role. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and labor productivity performance in the company A&Q Servic. A quantitative correlational research design was employed, applying two structured Likert-scale questionnaires to a sample of 30 workers to assess psychosocial risks and labor productivity. The results showed moderate levels of exposure to psychosocial risks, with psychological demands being the most prominent, alongside medium–high levels of productivity. An inverse relationship was identified between psychological demands and productivity, while positive associations were observed with job control, social support, and organizational climate. It is concluded that effective management of psychosocial risks represents a strategic factor for sustaining productivity performance and promoting occupational well-being.
