Dependencia emocional y consumo de alcohol como factores mediadores en el estrés laboral

El presente estudio analiza la relación entre el estrés laboral, la dependencia emocional y el consumo de alcohol como factores mediadores del bienestar psicológico en contextos ocupacionales. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistematizada de 20 artículos publicados entre 2021 y 2025 en bases de datos especializadas, seleccionados bajo los lineamientos PRISMA 2020. Los resultados evidencian que la interacción entre el estrés y el consumo de alcohol se explica, en gran medida, por procesos emocionales y conductuales tales como la desregulación afectiva, el afrontamiento evitativo y los motivos de consumo por afrontamiento. A nivel organizacional, las normas culturales de consumo, el clima laboral y el apoyo social emergen como determinantes significativos del riesgo o protección frente al estrés. Se concluye que la integración de estrategias de regulación emocional y prevención del consumo en los entornos laborales constituye una vía efectiva para fortalecer la salud mental y el bienestar ocupacional.
